This Seasonal Reach-In/Teach-in will focus on the power we have collectively to stop Racialized Capitalism, we can not do it alone. We invite you to the practices we have talked about before…breathing, meditation, and doodling while listening to Pat’s voice on the radio, readings from Lupe’s Political Novel To Face It and reflections through Playback theater.

Pat , as was said at the TEACH IN, was a meditative swimmer. THIS WAS a feat for a black person in the 1920’s and 1930’s even 40 s/ 50’s. Even now economic disparity keeps blacks away from using ( posh/stolen by privilege) beaches.
