PLEASE PLAN TO HAVE YOUR ZOOM VIDEO ON!! **we REQUIRE your camera be on even if it’s focused on a plant or you come in your pajamas, we want to have an “Old School” energy/connection in the virtual room**
This Seasonal Reach-In/Teach-in will focus on Pat’s Mentoring as a Practice of encouraging bravery. We invite exploration of our own Practices through hearing Pat’s voice on the radio, breathing, meditation, doodling, and listening to reflections and readings from Lupe’s Political Novel To Face It.
“It’s said that it takes 300 repetitions to create muscle memory.”
Together we can practice (like Pat’s daily practice of swimming meditation) and support our own growth through repetition (yoga, reiki, political education, dialogue). These practices ground us, helping us stand up. Pat challenged people to think courageously and stood up against capitalist segregation.
